This pattern is born from a skein of blue yarn I had in my stash and which was longing for a pattern. I wanted the bubbles to look like they were rising from the bottom on a glass or the ocean. This is how the pattern was born.

The specified yarn is unfortunately discontinued but most sock yarns would work.

Only 1 size is given but you can easily make them larger by adding purl stitches in between the columns of bubbles.
