Simple ribbing allows the lacy, double layered flounce to define these cuffs. They’ll add flair to that cute little black dress, and keep you warm on chilly nights or in an air-conditioned room.

Construction Notes
Cuffs are knit starting with the simple ribbing. After eyelets, a lace repeat is worked with the increases build into the chart for the flounce. Once the first layer is completed, stitches are picked up around the inside of the cuff to knit the second flounce in a coordinating color.
