This lovely, cozy shrug is like a soft hug for the littlest ladies. Its stylish shawl collar and flared shape convey old-world charm to this quick-to-knit, practical garment.

This shrug is knit seamlessly from the top down to the underarms. The back stitches are then worked together with stitches picked up along each front raglan and the cast-on edge to form the body and collar in one circular piece, which is worked in the round. Sleeves are worked in the round.
Skills required: long-tail cast on, knitting, purling, increasing, decreasing, picking up stitches, yarn over, knitting in the round, binding off.
