Construction Notes
These mitts are worked from the cuff to fingers, all color work is done following the chart patterns. One chart is for the body of the mitts. Seperate charts show the stitches surrounding the thumb gusset and the gusset itself. The picot edge lends an air of feminine detailing.

Notions
2 markers for thumb gusset
tapestry needle for weaving in ends
scrap yarn or stitch holder

Skills
2 color stranded knitting in the round
m1 - described in pattern
picot turning row and picot bind off - described in pattern

Errata
When closing the thumb gusset: Removing markers as you go, k6(5) following the thumb chart ROW 9” (not row 11)
Also, when finished with the colorwork at the top of the mitt, break CC, work the trim in MC.
