This sweater is quick and interesting to knit, with minimal finishing. The claw cables, one of which travels up the back and over the hood like a dragon’s dorsal ridge, add to the organic feel of the design. The hood and the thickness added by the cables make this a cozy sweater for chilly days. Instructions are given for both long-sleeve and vest versions.

This pattern is also available in the Quick Baby and Toddler Sweaters Pattern Collection, which also includes the Cocoon Sweater and Fireside Jacket, for $12.00. All three patterns are knit seamlessly from the bottom up with aran or bulky weight yarns for quickly finished sweaters.
