I enjoy creating a motif and then trying to come up with an unique arrangement of the motifs, adding other elements to create a doily that is different from the norm. This one works up fairly quickly and looks totally differnet if turned on the diagonal. This design is also in the Book Irish Beauty Doilies that Annie’s Attich put out this year of my doily designs.
