An easy throw pillow pattern that is perfect for beginners learning the slipstitch knitting technique. If you can make stripes, you can make this pillow. This is a pillow that will make you smile.

Choose a self-striping yarn in your favorite color-scheme and a solid color to contrast with it. You’ll work the zigzag stripes by doing a simple 4-row repeat (2 rows of which are stockinette) in each color.

You only work with one color at a time, making this pattern perfect for beginners.

Finish it by hand, on the sewing machine or, better yet, at the upholsterer’s!
