This attractive cowl is knitted in the round from the botton up. The two colour section is knitted using stranded Fair Isle technique. The intuitive pattern means no weaving is required at any point, each colour is simply carried across when needed. Designed to fit in that awkward gap above your coat, it will sit snuggly inside your collar. Instructions are also given if you wish to make your cowl longer.
The colour work pattern is adapted from a traditional Faroese stitch pattern directory first published in 1927
