About this pattern
These socks are named after Lichen and Lace’s pretty “Wild Flowers” colourway. The Daisy Stitch pattern rounds out the floral theme. Use a softly variegated sock yarn for a more feminine look; or choose a bright colour for more pop.

Needles
2.75 mm (US 2), 3 mm (US 2 ½), 3.25 mm (US 3) 32 inch (80 cm) circ. needles for magic loop method, or DPNs if you prefer.

Yarn / Yardage
Lichen and Lace 80/20 sock yarn: 100 g (3.53 oz); 80% superwash merino wool and 20% nylon; 365 yards (334 m); shown in Wild Flowers colourway. Approx. 80 g or 290 yards (270 m) used.

Size / Final Measurements
This pattern was written for one size, and should fit an average woman with a mid-calf circumference of 10 inches / 25.5 cm. Foot length can be adjusted to fit your own foot.

Skill Level
Intermediate knitter who is familiar with cuff-down sock knitting, Jeny’s surprisingly stretchy cast-on and grafting with Kitchener stitch.

Pattern Notes
These socks are knit from the cuff down and adorned with the “Daisy Stitch.” Toes are grafted using Kitchener stitch. Instructions are written for the magic loops method, but feel free to use DPNs if this is your preferred method for sock knitting.
