Thank you to everyone who purchased my pattern during October 2015. Thanks to you I was able to donate $32.50 (I rounded it up to $50) to the Yosemite Conservancy!

The Frolic Shawl Collection contains 3 patterns designed using Sunrise Fiber Co’s Frolic Sport. Gambol and Yosemite were also written in single color fingering weight versions.

The hike to Upper Yosemite Falls in Yosemite National Park has a section of switchbacks that seem daunting, but lead to the most incredible views and amazing waterfall. This shawl is composed of it’s own switchbacks, in lace form, zig zagging back and forth as the shawl grows and grows. It’s comprised of 8 row repeats, and while written out in a certain repetition, they can be modified to create your own custom zig-zag pattern.
