Hello, my name is Bess Dulany. I am a knitwear designer living in Brooklyn, New York. I have knit my whole life since learning from my mother as a child and watching my grandmother knit many afghans and slippers for all her grandchildren. It must be genetic! I am a native Brooklynite and still live there with my daughter and our animals (dog, cat, fish). I am passionate about knitting and sewing. I studied painting as a young adult and I have always taken great pleasure studying color. I think this is why I love knitting and sewing so much, I feel I am my best self when I am creating!
