The Chalet Collection, 5 patterns from Dianna Walla designed for Espace Tricot.

The Espace Tricot team is excited to present our new collaboration, the CROSSROADS COLLECTION. We didn’t so much plan this collection as gather it: several of our team members had designed shawls recently, and we decided to present them together. The organic origins of the collection are reflected in the inspiration behind these patterns: a soft fall of snow, an afternoon in a forest, our walks through life, and the therapeutic rhythm of simple stitches.

We put this collection together in order to raise money for organizations doing crucial work in our communities. It is imperative that our support of Black- and indigenous-led community organizations continues beyond the short lifespan of a hashtag. Until July 17th, 100% of proceeds raised from the Crossroads Collection ebook, as well as the individual patterns, will be split between The Black Coalition of Quebec and the Native Women’s Shelter of Montreal.
