Fateful Fiber

I’m a married lesbian who loves to knit, crochet, and spin my own yarn. I have two cats and not enough yarn. I’ve got a masters in Library Science and I work at a university library. I sometimes think that getting that degree used up all my brain cells, but I have just enough left to make tiny creatures out of yarn.

I started crocheting in 2008 when Needle Noodles published her book Creepy Cute Crochet featuring an amigurumi Cthulhu. I bought bright green acrylic yarn, an F hook and haven’t looked back. Although I have moved into wool and lovely wood and bamboo needles :) And my stash has taken on a life of it’s own and I never have the right color I need.
