I’m Kelly……Mum to 2 preschoolers :)
I have had to return to full time work (where I spend my days hitting people with a big hammer), so knitting and designing time has reduced, and will be for the forseeable future.
I do endeavour to check Ravelry once a day in the evenings, but if you don’t get an instant response back from me, just give me a little time while I adjust to this full-time work/solo mum gig wink

I enjoy writing patterns which are non conventional. My best ideas come while daydreaming……often for items which look relatively normal, however the construction method may be a little out there!
I do try to have a few more ‘normal’ items as well for people to knit…….

My proudest patterns to date are my Vanilla Soaker, and Looking Glass Longies - both were the first published soaker and longies patterns which are knit with NO seaming and NO grafting, and are multi sized (from NB-XL) and written for multi yarn weights (DK-Bulky).

I try to offer most of my patterns in multi size/multi yarn weights (where applicable), and from 2010 onwards, I will be moving to a model where you will be able to have one size and one yarn weight for free, and if you want the full compliment, that will be a paid for pattern.

All of my paid patterns have cottage licenses associated with them. The licenses are offered for a small one time fee, and have little to no restrictions.
