Worked from the top down from a tab cast-on, Kaffka’s striped, crescent-shaped (or half-pi) lace shawl maintains the first and last three stitches in garter throughout. Two yarn-over increases are employed on every right-side row along the top edge before and after the garter edge stitches. Bands of different lace, patterns, color stripes, bobbles and colorwork dance across the shawl--finished with the slight frill of picot bind-off-- in Tahki Yarns’ new Donegal Tweed Fine.
