Materials- light worsted or dk weight yarn: approx. 702 (816; 896; 1,024; 1,131; 1,297) yds.
29 inch circular needles size 6; 16 inch circular needles sizes 6 and 4; double point needles size 6 and 4 or sizes required to get the gauge.
A single or double point needle in about a size 9 or larger, to make the neck bind off very loose.
Scrap yarn; 5 stitch markers- one a different color than the other 4, which should all be the same color.
Blunt darning needle, safety pin.

Gauge- using the larger needles in stockinette st,
20 sts equal 4 inches.
