A lighter weight version of one of my most popular sweaters for babies. Top down easy knitting with a practical hood, a placket with button for ease in dressing.Written for fingering weight yarn at a gauge of 26 sts to 4 inches.

Sizes- newborn, 6 months, 12 months, 18 months.
Finished measurements:
Chest- 17 (19, 22, 24) ins.
Length- 11 (12, 14, 15) ins.

Materials- fingering weight yarn: approx. 425 (451, 572, 615) yds.
16 inch circular needles size 3; double point needles sizes 3 and 2 or sizes required to get the gauge.
Stitch markers, scrap yarn, darning needle.
One ½ inch button.

Gauge- using the larger size needles in stockinette st, 26 sts equal 4 inches.
