This casual yet elegant cowl features a repeating checkerboard pattern… but with an interesting twist. Surprise! There are eyelets hidden in every other square.

The cowl is knit flat and will need to be sewn up with a tapestry needle in the final step. The design is reversible and looks equally good on both sides.

The measurement of the finished piece is approximately 27” x 8”.

The colorway used for the cowl in the photo is Willow Leaf from Brown Sheep Cotton Fleece. One skein of Cotton Fleece (215 yards) was used to make this cowl.
