I love geeky things, and am an avid comic book reader. My parents gave me a replica of Captain America’s shield for a Christmas present, and as I looked at, I thought, “Why not knit one?”

So here it is!

This is my first pattern, so if something doesn’t make sense or if you spot an error, please let me know!

Materials needed:
50g fingering weight yarn of color A (blue)
100g fingering weight yarn of color B (red)
100g fingering weight yarn of color C (silver
Lots of stitch markers
1,200 size 6/0 seed beads (or more, if like me, you tend to drop them everywhere)
