Currently available in The Rhinebeck Sweater, individual Apple Cider Donut is simply worked from the top down in one piece in stockinette stitch. The stitches for the collar are then picked up and worked in a very easy reversible cable and rib pattern; the collar can be worn up or folded over. The sample uses Fisherman 2-ply from Bartlettyarns, a sturdy yarn that knits up beautifully and quickly.
