The August’s End Sweater will quickly become your most favorite piece in your wardrobe! You can pair it with jeans, slacks or a nice skirt and always look well put together and stylish. The light weight yarn and the lacy stitch pattern make this sweater perfect for three season wear.

This is an intermediate level pattern.

This pattern offers sizes Small - 3XL. You can customize your sweater to have short or long sleeves as well as deciding just how far down you’d like your V-neck. Size 3 light weight yarn is used in the example along with a G/6 (4.25 mm) hook.

Construction:

The sweater is constructed of two long rectangular panels that are folded in middle for shoulder seam. Each panel forms one side of the front and one side of the back. The center front seam and center back seam are stitched and leaves an opening for the V-neck opening. The side seams are worked next from the bottom of the garment toward the armpit. Then the sleeves are crocheted directly onto the sweater body.
