The Autumn Cardigan was developed after seeing how much my daughter enjoyed wearing her store-bought layering cardy’s in the transitional seasons (Autumn and Spring).

This simple short-sleeved cardigan with slight puff sleeves will appeal to the little girl in the house, while the top-down seamless construction, coupled with very basic lace in the body make it an enjoyable knit for mum.

This free version is written for 8ply/DK weight yarn, to fit a girl with a chest circumference of 52.5cm (approx 2 years of age)

The comprehensive version of the Autumn Cardigan, the All Seasons Cardy is now available. This version comes in sizes 12m-6years, and in 3 yarn weights (8ply/dk weight, 10ply/light worsted weight, and 10ply/heavy worsted or aran weight)
