Constructed by joining 8 strips of Katia Azahar tape with zig-zagging chain stitch in Monaco baby. The resulting rectangular fabric is then partially seamed into a tube shape to make a shrug. The sleeves are finished with ruffles made from gathered Katia Azahar tape.
