As girly as it gets, this sweet and springy dress was inspired by the Flapper Era. It features three layers of ruffleson each hemline and a medallion at the empire waistband. It’s knit in the round from the bottom up with set-in sleeves, the only sewing required. Don’t forget to knit the matching hat!
