Bára is a top down raglan sweater with shawl like collar for extra warmth! It was designed especially for toddlers who dislike cold necks, but also seem to dislike scarves and turtle necks!

Sweater is worked from the top down, with raglan increases, then divided for body and sleeves.
Collar is picked up once sweater completed and is knitted up from the cast on edge.
