The dress is made in crochet rounds, from the top down, with a shaped bodice and shaped over the hips so the skirt is lower at the back. The bodice is very tight fitting so be careful with tension.

The skirt can be made to any length required. I used oddments of 4ply yarn from my stash. The metallic yarn is Sirdar Firefly which I picked up on offer, but any 4ply or similar fashion yarn would make a lovely skirt.
