This can be an autumn beanie without the lining or a winter beanie with the knitted lining. Knitted bow and knitted flower instructions are included in the pattern. As a bonus (and it only pertains to the bow), the pattern also includes instructions for a Turkish Cast-on and a Kitchener Stitch. The pattern for the hat uses a long-tail cast on.

This may also be a great head covering for girls or women experiencing hair loss.
