A light, romantic shawl, made of alternating lace and short rows, that will keep you company with endless garter stitch fun and easy to remember lace inserts and border!

The short rows make the shawl incredibly wide, without giving up on elegance or knitting fun!
Take out all your fingering or lace scraps and go bold with colour combinations!
Be aware to look closely to yarn meters or yardage: you need a lot of meters but not so many grams!

“Bouncing Off Clouds” is one of my favourite songs by the lovely Tory Amos, and this shawl can be summarised in 3 lines from the song:
“…Make it easy
Make this easy
It’s not as heavy as it seems…”
