YARN
Approximately 250 (275, 300, 325, 350, 375) yards / 230 (250, 275, 300, 320, 345) meters of any yarn which knits to the specified tension. I advise using plant fibre yarns or their mixes for this project in order to get a similar fit.
Sample done in Denim by Rowan – 100% Cotton 50g / 102yrds / 93m – 3 (3, 3, 4, 4, 4) balls.
TENSION
20 sts and 28 rows to measure 4x4 in / 10x10 cm in Stocking stitch using 3.75mm (US 5) needles or needles needed to obtain tension.
NEEDLES AND NOTIONS
Size 3.75mm (US 5) circular needles or size needed to obtain tension.
Stitch holder or waste yarn, 2 stitch markers and tapestry needle.
