Gauge for Tweed:

Owing to the nature of Tweed, when knitting it should be pulled tightly before the next stitch is worked. Before commencing to knit, test your tension on size 10 (Imperial) or 3.25 mm needles, over 30 stitches and 38 rows, which should give you a 4” square.
