0-3 Months
3-6 Months
6-12 Months
12 Months - 3 Years

This is an intermediate level pattern (due to the cables), and is worked in the round. This pattern calls for worsted (4) weight yarn and size 5.5mm (I/9) crochet hook OR whatever size is needed to achieve gauge.
