This textured ‘toque’ pattern was named and designed for the town Calumet in Upper Michigan. My mom and uncle grew up in the tiny town in the U.P. and when my mom asked me to design a hat pattern for my uncle as a Christmas gift I knew I needed to honor the town. So I present Calumet, an easy to memorize broken rib pattern that works from the brim to the decreases.
