Cataraqui Socks
The rippling waves of the rib pattern on this sock remind me of the surface of the Cataraqui River as it flows into Lake Ontario in Kingston, ON where I live. If you’re careful about weaving in the yarn ends, you can wear this sock inside out and enjoy the basketweave pattern on the reverse side. This pattern has carefully written instructions for picking up the gusset sts and tightening up the gusset gap for a stress-free and tidy heel.
