Kelowna, BC, is home to more than 200 parks and green spaces, including Cedar Creek Park. Located along the Eastern shores of Okanagan Lake, this hidden gem has a long pebble beach, stunning lake views, and many hiking trails to explore.

These unisex mittens are knit bottom-up with a single tree in the center of the hand. Pattern includes options for three sizes, and full or fingerless mitts.

YARN/YARDAGE

Worsted weight yarn—approx. 40–80g (85–150y), depending on size and style knit.

Full mittens shown in Stitch Mischief Classic Worsted, using 66g (114y) Steel (size adult S/M).

Fingerless mitts shown in Stitch Mischief Classic Worsted, using 60g (104y) Woodland (size adult S/M).

TOOLS

3.5mm (US 4) and 4mm (US 6) needles for preferred method of working in the round, or size needed to get gauge, stitch markers, waste yarn or stitch holder, darning needle
