This comfy hat forms its lovely chain pattern with a variety of knit and purl stitches. It’s a great hat for beginners to tackle and you’ll be amazed at how quickly (and easily) the intricate chain design appears as you knit.

This hat can be made with any bulky or chunky weight yarn but I highly recommend trying Groovy by Dream in Color since it’s superwash (you can just throw it in the washing machine and you’re good to go). Plus, the colorways this yarn comes in are totally droolworthy.
