I was inspired to designed this cowl when i was introduced to this amazing yarn company; Clinton Hill Cashmere. i decided that i wanted to make something that was meant to be worn really close to skin, and what better way to do it than a cowl?

This pattern used 2 50g balls of DK weight yarn. Solid colors work best for this design as de color work will show best, but you can use a speckled or variegated yarn.

This is a one size cowl that is 24” in circumference and 15” tall when blocked.

This cowl in knitted flat and seamed together at the end you there are no purling at all. I included links to videos for the stitch use in this pattern and also for the Mattress stitch.
