This is a tea-length, ultra-feminine dress that can be made as a wedding dress or matinee outfit. The pattern involves a center panel of moss stitch that creates a lot of the shaping; that panel is decreased from bottom to top and increased again in the bodice.

There are two top variations. The dress can also be made longer or shorter by increasing or decreasing the number of rows between decreases in the moss pattern.
