A twist on the typical chevron stitch, the dishtowel begins with a garter stitch chevron with three contrasting stripes and then transitions to a stockinette chevron. The body of the dishcloth is worked using the contrasting color from the dishtowel. Two slipped stitches on the end of each row provide a clean edge on both pieces. Choose your favorite colors and go - 1 ball each of 2 colors will make the 1 dishtowel and 2 dishcloths.
