BULLDOG BUDDIES

**

All you need in life is knitting and a bulldog, so why not combine the two!

Pattern is written in English and includes 5 pages of full instructions including many photos to assist in construction; a list of supplies and techniques required and abbreviations.

Yarn:
1. #3 light, one or two colours
(Note: other weights of yarn and needle sizes can be used, but this will affect the finished size of the bulldog)
2. Contrast yarn for antlers, flowers & head band; black for nose.

Needles: One set of two 3.25mm straight needles; Two 3.25mm dpn

Skills required:

1. Cast on
2. Knit
3. Purl 4 Increase
4. Decrease
5. Cast off
6. Very basic embroidery
7. I-cord

Other Supplies:

1. Small amount of stuffing
2. Pompoms or beads for antlers and flowers
3. Two buttons for eyes
4. One pipe cleaner for antlers

Skill Level: Intermediate to Advanced

Abbreviations:
St - Stitch
K - Knit
St st - Stocking Stitch
P - Purl
K2tog - Knit 2 together
Inc - Increase (by knitting or purling into the front & back of the st)
P2tog - Purl 2 together
Mc - Main colour
Cc - Contrast colour
SK2togp - Slip 1 stitch, K2tog, pass slipped st over K2tog stitch
Skp - Slip 1 stitch, K1 stitch, pass slipped st over K stitch

Finished Measurements: Height: 12cm approx.;
Circumference: 22cm approx.
