The dog sweater is easy to make, with beginner knitters in mind.

2mm (US 17) Straight Knitting Needles.

This is an easy level knitting pattern and the techniques involved are the knit stitch, purl stitch, increasing, and decreasing.

Length of back piece 14′′ / Width 9′′

Length of chest piece 12.5′′ / Width 9′′

To adapt to your dog – measure the length and width of the back/chest and adjust the pattern according to their measurements.
