With the cooler weather arriving (soon?) to the northern hemisphere, I wanted to knit up something cute and chunky, yet soft and very warm.

I have doubled the yarn to create this beret, which stretches nicely to grip the head and slouches slightly so it will not muss the hair.

This beret can be knit in less than 2 hours.
