This pattern has 65 rounds.

Made in size 10 or 2-ply lace on size 2 and 3 needles in Practical Knitting and The Complete Book of Knitting, with a gauge of 8 stitches and 10 rows = 1” in stockinette stitch and a resultant size of 13” (33 cm) in diameter.

Made larger with beads and called Swirl Tablecloth in Jane Gottelier’s Knitting and Tea: uses sport weight, size 8 needs, and takes 411 yards.
