Enjoy luxury, warmth, and playful texture with this hat and mitts set designed with Shui Kuen Kozinski’s popular Coin Lace and Cable stitch pattern. Hat is knit on larger needles for a soft drape and mitts are knit on smaller needles for a firmer fabric and more warmth. To familiarize yourself with the stitch pattern, we recommend knitting the hat first, followed by the mitts, which work a shaped gusset and smooth inside thumb into the pattern.

Sample shown in brown used just One full bag (5 x 25g balls) of elann.com Pianissimo knit 2 strands together.

Sample shown in pink used 4 balls of Limited Edition Neapolitan Tweed (now discontinued), knit 2 strands together. Pattern for the wrap worn as generous scarf is Shui Kuen’s Coin Lace and Cable Wrap.
