The DK weight yarn makes these socks a truly quick-knit
project. Color blocking and stripes make these Comfort DK
Socks a stunner. Even though they appear to be traditional
socks, an easy and not so traditional hybrid construction
method accounts for an engaging and interesting knitting
experience.

The socks start at the heel with a provisional cast on. After
the heel turn, the sole is constructed in two-color, two-row
stripes. Easy German Short Row toes lead to the instep,
also worked in rows and joined to the sole on either side.
Then all live and provisional stitches are worked in the
round up to finish the leg and cuff.
