These warm, squishy mittens have a flower pattern across the back of the hand. Instructions are written out and include a picture tutorial for the flower stitch.

Perfect for gift knitting!

Materials Needed:
Appx. 126 yards (115 m) aran/heavy worsted weight yarn
Single ply yarn is recommended- sample shown is Malabrigo Merino Worsted in color “Cabernet”
Scrap Yarn
3 stitch markers
Tapestry Needle

Needle size:
US7 (4.5mm) and US8 (5mm) DPNs or circular needles for magic loop

Gauge:
20 sts and 30 rows= 4” (10cm) in stockinette with larger needles

Finished measurements:
10” (25.5 cm) from cuff to tip
7” (18 cm) from base of hand to fingertip
7” (18 cm) palm circumference
Pattern is one size, with optional directions for lengthening.
