Description:
This cardigan is worked from the top down. The cardigan has two versions for the sleeves, one knitted in the round, and the other for sleeves knitted flat. Sleeves have a simple little knot pattern worked around the cuff. The cardigan has an all over knot pattern worked after the completion of yoke. This has been graded as suitable for the Intermediate knitter.

A -- 0-3 months
B -- 6-9 months
C -- 1-2 years
D -- 3-4 years

MATERIALS
Stitch holders
Sewing needle
2 x Buttons -- 2 cm (¾ in)

NEEDLES REQUIRED
3.75 mm (US 5 : UK 9) circulars 61 cm (24 in) circulars in length or extra long straight needles.
One set of 3.75 mm (US 5 : UK 9) double pointed needles if working sleeves in the round.

TENSION / GAUGE
22 sts / 30 rows = 10 cm (4 in) using 3.75 mm (US 5 : UK 9) needles worked in stocking stitch.

YARN REQUIREMENTS
Yarn = Merino Soft (Colour 90) 125 m /137 yds per 50 gram ball.
A -- 110 g / 275 m / 302 yds / (3 x 50 gram balls)
B -- 149 g / 373 m / 409 yds / (3 x 50 gram balls)
C -- 170 g / 425 m / 466 yds / (4 x 50 gram balls)
D -- 200 g / 500 m / 548 yds / (4 x 50 gram balls)
