“Cowlicious” is your basic cowl but with a ruffle on each edge. The pattern calls for 2 skeins of Balance Bulky and a US 13, circular 24” needle or for a smaller cowl 2 skeins of Tosh Chunky and a US 11 needle. This is a quick (2 days) project with a flirty end result. Wear the cowl doubled for a form fitting cowl or layer for a delicious look.
