The cozy cuff is a lot like the boot buffer: it’s a clever little hand knit cuff, designed to fill the gap that sometimes occurs between your calf and your boots when said boots don’t quite fit. But the cozy cuff is designed to fill a slimmer margin, for those boots that really do almost fit, and yet could still use an extra bit of cozy cushion or just need the dose of cabled cuteness provided by the hugs-and-kisses pattern.

Designed to fit a calf-circumference of 12-15 inches, with suggestions for adapting to larger sizes included. Pattern is written for dpns, although magic loop or two-circulars could be substituted; can be made from any bulky weight yarn. Yardage given is approximate.
