This pattern is available for free.

This free pattern is a tutorial for adding a crocheted edging to fabric. The fabric used in this example is Indian hand-printed cotton fabric from K1 Yarns.

I cut my fabric to 94 x 94cm, added the edging and folded it in half on the bias to wear as a shawl.

The tutorial requires no sewing skill and only a beginner level of crochet skill.
