This quick 3D crochet heart can be made in an afternoon and hung from a ribbon for a decoration or added to clothing as an embellishment.

The pattern can be adapted to make a large heart using chunkier yarn and a larger hook. If you are a loose crocheter, consider going down a hook size to ensure there are no gaps in the fabric upon stuffing. If you make a bigger heart, you’ll need more yarn and stuffing.

Tension is not critical in this project. You’ll also need a crochet hook, some stuffing or waste yarn and a ribbon or thread to hang if required.
